We build software for landlords and property agents to manage apartments, shops and houses: who rents each unit, when rent is due, what was paid and which repairs are open. Owners living abroad can log in to see their rent ledger and reports from anywhere. Rent receipts and reminders go out by SMS, and documents for each tenant are stored in one place.
