Readers record meter readings in a mobile app that works offline, the system applies your tariffs and prints or texts bills in Dari and Pashto, and every payment — cash, bank or mobile money — is logged against the customer's account so arrears are always visible. Meters and field hardware are not supplied by us; the software works with the meters you already have.
